2021 Montana Fly Fishing Trips with Montana Angling Co.
2021 bookings for Montana fly fishing trips with our Montana fly fishing guides are coming in daily, and we couldn’t be more excited to get back on the water with anglers next year. While we do still have some Winter Special Fly Fishing Trips on the books for December, 2020 is just about in the books. We had an excellent season and couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to guide so many great anglers this year in spite of trying times for so many. We consider ourselves beyond fortunate to have stayed healthy and able to work. Thank you to all!
As always prime trip dates in Bozeman, MT and on the Missouri River are booking fast for 2021. Lodging is particularly limited already due to mass rescheduling and postponed trips. We encourage anglers interested in booking the following trips and dates to contact us to learn more and start the booking process:
- Missouri River Fly Fishing Trips: May 5-July 4 and September 15-October/15
- Bozeman, MT Fly Fishing Trips: July 1-September 20
For best availability with our Montana fly fishing guides, we strongly recommend booking your trip, at minimum, 4 months in advance. Generally we can accommodate last minute reservations, up to 72 prior, but generally destinations and trip offerings are limited.
After a banner 2020 fly fishing season in Montana we are hopeful for more of the same in 2021. The dry fly fishing was outstanding across Montana this year with another great hopper season on the Yellowstone River and Madison River and strong hatches of PMDs and Caddisflies on the Missouri River. It is too early to predict what 2021 has in store for us but we have a feeling that it will include lots of great days on the water, smiling anglers, and hard-working fly fishing guides.
New Trips Offerings and Updates
New for 2021 we are excited to announce expanded Overnight Trip options as well as expanded Private Water options. We will be offering overnight trips on 3 distinct sections of the Yellowstone River. Private Water options will include new access to trophy lakes as well as 20+ miles of small freestone streams near both Bozeman, MT and the Missouri River in Craig, MT.
